This beautiful island is quite big as compare to the Mahe island and positioned approximately 800miles from it. If you travel by yacht, then it will take a full week. But, you will explore a lot, such as the Amirantes groups of island, 150 mile south west of Mahe and the Farquar group some 600mile further on.  On the other hand, you can also board a plane to Asumption Island, then spring board to Aldabra only 50miles away.
